Please allow me to introduce myself. I have been in Real Estate just over a year, but please do not associate my experience with this time. In my first nine months I did over 2 Million Dollars in transactions where the average home price is just over $185,000! Additionally, throughout my life I have corporately relocated eight times and have done six new construction projects as part of this process. As such, I am very familiar with Corporate Relocations, and understand the process from start to finish. Obviously with these moves, I have also sold many homes. You may wonder why I decided to be a Professional REALTOR®. Actually there are two reasons. First, in my many moves, I was often set up with a REALTOR® who made me feel like only another commission check to them. That is not me. I am a full time, professional REALTOR® who will work countless hours to earn your trust and respect. You see, I plan to build my profession around referrals from satisfied clients like you. Second, like many others in the Poconos, I was taken advantage of by a builder and his real estate staff once. As many builders do, they shut down and left me and many others with half finished homes. In my career, ethics plays a big role. When I was left betrayed and cheated, I wanted to help make sure this did not happen to others. That is why I have taken the ethics pledge and strive to uphold high ethical standards in all transactions I participate in!
